About Gabrielle

Gabrielle is a stay-at-home mom of 4. She speaks English, French, and Spanish. She loves to travel, read, write, eat sushi, and learn about health and wellness. But there is nothing more important to her than her faith and her family.

She started Plenty of Trays after discovering the Montessori Method and quickly becoming overwhelmed with all the information and resources out there. She wanted to create a place for simple Montessori DIYs and quick guides to get started in the home.
